In my practice, I use a wholistic approach that recognizes the body and mind as one integrated system.

MY APPROACH

My esoteric approach weaves together epigenetics (ancestral), shadow work (inner child), spiritual, imaginal (dream-based, art, meditation), and somatic (body-based) ways of knowing. I guide you to see that symptoms are not just problems to be solved but valuable signals from your body-mind-spirit intelligence. This approach allows you to tune into the wisdom within, guiding your journey toward healing and self-understanding. By exploring your ancestral roots, hidden patterns, embodied experiences, and spiritual dimensions, you gain a deeper awareness of yourself, transforming pain and uncovering profound pathways for growth, connection, and wholeness.

MY BELIEF

I believe that each of us is an incredibly unique and beautifully complex human being. Our individuality is a tapestry woven from experiences, emotions, and the stories we've lived and told ourselves.

I honor the complexity of the human experience, understanding that true healing requires embracing all parts of ourselves. The light and the dark, the joy and the sorrow, the beauty and the imperfections—each piece is sacred and necessary for growth. We are all beautifully complex, and within that complexity lies the potential to bloom.

SERVICES

Sacred Counsel

Self Pay, $150/One Hour

Sacred Counsel for Self-Pay offers a flexible and personalized approach to healing, designed to meet you where you are without the need for insurance processes. While I am clinically trained, Sacred Counsel is not the same as traditional psychotherapy. As a Guide I do not pathologize symptoms, assess mental health conditions, or use the DSM-5 in my work. Whether you wish to engage in a single session for insight or ongoing support, the choice is yours.

If finances are a barrier, a sliding scale is available on a case-by-case basis. Please email Mallori for more information.

Embodied Psychotherapy

SERVICES

Insurance-Based

If you prefer a structured approach to healing that includes a diagnosis and a guided treatment plan, this service is designed to meet your needs. We will begin with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment and use tools to evaluate your symptoms. Together, we will co-create a treatment plan that serves as a roadmap for your healing journey. This service aligns with insurance requirements, meaning you'll need to provide your insurance information and complete an intake before our first session.

I specialize in guiding women and teen girls or those who identify with the feminine experience through life’s transitions, helping them rediscover who they truly are beneath the layers of expectations and societal pressure.
